3rd Generation AliveCor Heart Monitor - for most mobile devices

The 3rd generation AliveCor Heart Monitor comes with an attachment plate with single-use adhesive that can be used to attach the monitor directly to your mobile device, or preferred mobile device case. It does not include a phone case.

The AliveCor Heart Monitor is an easy-to-use, accurate ECG-recording device that fits in your pocket and enables you to record an ECG anywhere, anytime.

The AliveCor Heart Monitor is FDA-cleared and records ECGs when it is attached to the back of, or placed within 12 inches of, your Apple iOS or Android mobile device or tablet. It wirelessly communicates with the free AliveECG app, available in the U.S. App Store and Google Play Store. ECGs are stored in the app and on secure, encrypted servers that can be viewed anytime, anywhere. ECGs can also be printed or e-mailed directly from your mobile device, and you can grant access to your physician.

The AliveCor Heart Monitor is cleared for use with the Samsung S3/S4/S5, Samsung Note 3, HTC One, iPod Touch 5G, iPhone 4/4s, iPhone 5/5s, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus, iPad Air and iPad Mini.
