In an effort to streamline our processes and expedite your orders, we
would kindly ask you to:

Please email us within 2 days of placing an order or requesting a
quote by fax or email if you have not received the quotation or
proforma/sales order from us. Occasionally emails are delivered to our
SPAM folders and few faxes do not come through or are unintelligible.

Please ensure that your order form includes the "Bill To", "Ship To",
quantity desired, price, and form of payment. You are welcome to use
our order form located at esgdivisionmedica.4t.com

Please email us as soon as you send in a wire transfer, so that we can
monitor our bank account and advise you if the wire has not posted
within 2-4 days.

Please email us as soon as you send in a check or money order, so that
we can contact you if it has not reached us after 1 week.

Please email us to approve credit card charges, after you receive the
proforma/sales order from us.

We also welcome your feedback! Please let us know what we else we can
